Good small and absolutely fantastic hotel, I loved its very central location short walk to the Royal Pavilion, the sea front, and the outside garden area at the back of the property. They provided a good breakfast with Prosecco.
The bed was very uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

The place is magical and exceptionally clean, everything is cool, it should have higher than 3 star rating. It is in really handy location to Art of Treason, set near the hotel. There's very clean pool and free parking.
